# Contact

Canonical page: https://pornlibrary.app/contact

One address for everything: info@pornlibrary.app. It is read by the developer who runs PornLibrary.

## Support and account questions

Write to info@pornlibrary.app from the email address of your account, so the library can be found without asking twice. If a link does not extract metadata, a site stopped working or an import failed, include the URL involved and what you expected to happen.

From inside the library there is also a feedback button in the header. It sends the message with the page you were on attached, which is often enough to reproduce the problem.

## Payments

If a lifetime payment went through and the account is still limited, send the NOWPayments order id or the transaction hash together with your account email, so the payment can be matched to the account.

## Copyright, takedowns and legal notices

Takedown requests follow the procedure at https://pornlibrary.app/dmca, and the 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement is at https://pornlibrary.app/2257. Both go to the same address, info@pornlibrary.app; the DMCA page lists what a notice has to include to be acted on.

## Press, partnerships and everything else

They go to the same address. PornLibrary also posts product updates on X at https://x.com/PornLibraryapp, and direct messages there are not checked for support requests.
